NRYC interview photos with Mayor Shirley Grover Bryant!!

It was such an honor and humble experience for our NRYC members to interview Mayor Shirley Groover Bryant as one of the influential Woman leaders in our Community!!

We learned so much doing that interview!! It all started from learning about her as an individual to learning how she became the mayor of the city of Palmetto!!

The youth was excited and came prepared with questions. They learned that she has the longest-serving term as Mayor for almost 16 years.

They all admire her openness, humility, and the wisdom and knowledge she brought into the conversation.

She shared some current projects her team is working on for the city.. some of the challenges they face! she even brought some goody bags to share with the youth!!
